Hi, I’m Tiffiny, Consultant, Mentor, creator of The Alignment Process®. I help people reset, realign, and rebuild from truth, not pressure.
With over 20 years’ experience working with founders, creatives, and entrepreneurs, my background blends business strategy, psychology, and personal alignment. I hold a First-Class BSc in Psychology, I’m an ICF-accredited transformational coach and NLP practitioner, and I’m currently training as a Root Cause Therapist to deepen the trauma-informed side of my work.
But this work isn’t just professional, it’s personal. After walking through my own cycles of burnout, breakdown, and misdiagnosis, I learned that real change happens when we come back into alignment with who we truly are.
This Reset brings together everything I’ve lived, learned, and now teach, so you can feel grounded, clear, and in rhythm with yourself again.
Over six weeks, we’ll move through my signature Alignment Process® focussing two weeks to Reset, two weeks to Realign, and two weeks to Rebuild.
Each phase brings simple, practical shifts that help you feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself and your life.
Reset
Pause the survival autopilot and come back to yourself.
You’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and create simple anchors that help you feel grounded and present. Understand what balance actually feels like, so you can move from reaction to presence.
Realign
Come back into truth and focus. We’ll explore the four layers of alignment, physical, mental, emotional, and energetic and uncover what’s conditioning versus what’s genuinely you. You’ll begin to find flow again: balancing surrender with action, resistance with trust.
Rebuild
Ground your alignment into a daily rhythm.You’ll integrate what you’ve discovered into the way you live, work, and create, bringing clarity into action and focus into movement. We’ll refine how you prioritise your energy, create anchors that keep you steady, and design a rhythm that supports sustainable change.
