Hi, I’m Tiffiny Frances
Consultant, mentor, and creator of The Alignment Process®.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked with founders, leaders, and entrepreneurs across multiple industries, launching start-ups, guiding CEOs through restructures, and building powerful personal brands.
But my deepest expertise comes from lived experience. For most of my life, I lived in survival mode, always in fight-or-flight. I was driven, high-achieving, and constantly pushing, proving my worth through success, productivity, and external validation. I couldn’t stop. I couldn’t relax. Until it eventually led to hospitalisation, a complete mental breakdown, and a diagnosis that didn’t tell the whole story.
I refused to accept a lifetime of stress, exhaustion, or simply managing symptoms. Instead, I went deep into self-discovery, nervous system regulation, and deconditioning. That journey became the foundation of The Alignment Process®, my approach to moving out of survival autopilot and back into clarity, alignment, and grounded truth.
Alongside lived experience, I bring professional training to this work, including a First-Class BSc in Psychology, ICF-accredited Transformational Coaching training, NLP Practitioner certification, and ongoing training in Somatics and Root Cause Therapy.
My work integrates clarity, strategy, and alignment, supporting high-achievers to reset, realign, and rebuild their life and work from truth, not pressure.
Alongside my consulting and mentoring, I offer Soul Plan Readings, an optional tool for exploring your deeper blueprint and sense of purpose.

Through guided awareness and body-based approaches, we create space to unwind habitual stress responses and bring clarity back online. So you can see what’s actually going on, rather than reacting on default.
Realign
Realign is where we work with the deeper conditioning, roles, and survival patterns that have shaped how you’ve been operating. Through inquiry, somatic work, and deconditioning, we reconnect you with your internal compass, so clarity feels clean and decisions come from alignment rather than pressure. or expectations.
Rebuild
With clarity restored, rebuild is about integrating what’s shifted and translating it into sustainable structure. Together, we shape the strategy, focus, and direction for your next chapter so that what you’re creating is grounded, resourced, and built from alignment, not survival.

How we work together depends on where you are and what you’re navigating. For some, it’s an online Deep Dive or a longer-term Alignment Partnership.
