I work with founders and leaders who have reached a turning point, sometimes through burnout, chronic stress, or a health wake-up call, and sometimes through a quieter, persistent knowing that there is more truth, depth, and self waiting to be lived.
Through The Alignment Process®️, I bring together lived experience, psychology, trauma-informed practice, grounded strategy, and deep alignment work to help people step out of autopilot and come back into alignment with who they actually are. From soul, not survival.
I am a qualified Soul Plan™ practitioner. This work was founded by Frank Alper and Blue Marsden, and I trained through the Holistic Healing College.
Soul Plans can be experienced as a standalone session. For those who wish to go deeper, it can also serve as a foundation for further alignment work.
